This has the best food and interesting desserts. They offer wild deserts, a full menu of breakfasts, burgers, salads and mains for adults and a special kids menu.
The 'G' Spot
One of the best food truck I ever had. Must TRY!!!! It is the longest-standing food tuck in Canberra as long as 20 years.
The Coffee Ground
This is a great place with excellent food and vegetarian options are deliciosu as well. MUST TRY!!!
The Fish Shack
Creative vegan seafood meals, plus burgers & fish 'n' chips. Their menu is plant-based by default and they will happily cater to a wide range of diets. MUST TRY their vegan options!!!
Turkish Halal Pide House
Casual counter-serve joint with pavement tables, offering Turkish halal dishes and flatbreads. Best kebab in Canberra.
Iori
An authentic Japanese experience with excellent service. The freshest ingredients and high quality made to share meals allow you to try the many different dishes on offer. Enjoy dining in the traditional tatami area with your shoes off, perching on your knees, sit at the sushi bar a la "Kill Bill" or eat in the regular dining area.
Kinn Thai
One of the best Thai food in Canberra. Plenty of fresh, colourful Thai dishes – noodles, curries, stir fries, salads and soups – as well as meals for kids. 
Tikka Take
A gourmet restaurant on a mission to share top quality Indian street food made-to-order. One of the best Indian food in Canberra.
Cupping Room
The breakfast and lunch menu here is super delicious and nicely plated. They have a world champion barista who know a thing or two about creating a splendid brew.
Chez Kimchi
If you want something similar to GAMI Chicken & Beer, this place is another great place and their cheese chicken is delicious.
Star Buffet Canberra
Largest 'All You Can Eat' Buffet in Canberra. Only need one person with membership ($6 per year) to sign in all the guests. All adults are required to have a photo IDs to be signed in. 
CBE Dumpling House
If you are craving for delicious array of dumplings or Chinese food, you should visit this place!! 
PappaRich
If you are craving for Malaysian food, this is a great place to fill your stomach with.
Pizza Gusto
Authentic traditional Italian woodfired pizza either to eat in or take away. You won't be disappointed with a range of 20 different toppings in true Italian style, with a focus on simplicity and quality.
Karuna Vegetarian House
Only open during the weekends. They mainly focus on Vietnamese vegetarian food which is suitable for people who are vegetarian and wanted to try Vietnamese food.
GAMI Chicken & Beer
They are the only franchise in Canberra which serve great flavoured chicken and many types of Korean sides. 
Shin Sen Teppanyaki Restaurant
The food was fine and most of the price paid to the performance. It is a great place for celebration. 
Rashays
Rashays has been proudly Australian owned & operated since 1998. They have a wide range of menu and interesting desserts if you have the sweat tooth. 
Kokomo's
Provides ingredient focused, trans-pacific eats and creative cocktails. Do recommend order their cocktails at the bar because you will be able to enjoy the process of making. 
Assembly
The menu is more than your classic pub feed featuring kingfish, charcuterie boards, and rotisserie chicken or lamb shoulder to share. The topnotch wine list crafted by the assembly team includes local collabs with Mada and Collector, tap brews to froth over, classy cocktails and spirits from the world over.
Morning Glory
Good place to have breakfast but in my opinion nothing stand out for me in their menu. They have this drink have tea and coffee taste which might attract some of you. The unite our experiences sitting at both sides of the table across Australia and Asia by creating food that comforts, satisfies and surprises.
Grease Monkey
Born and bred in Canberra, they serve mouth watering burgers and fried chicken out of an old mechanic's garage. For some liquid fuel in your tank, check the boards for beers, wines, cocktails and their famous milkshakes.
Patissez
The food is still OK but quite a let down for me as I was having high expectation from the review. But I heard they have brownies, cookies, pretzels and even slabs of cake and desserts-in-a-glass look as good as they taste. The only stores in the whole wide world where you can get a 100% real deal FreakShake experience. 
Marble & Grain
This place is on a high end dinning but the food was worth the price. With great craft beers on tap from boutique producers like Murrays, Hayward and Monteith’s, an extensive wine list of over 80 Australian and international wines, and a cheeky cocktail list, there is something to match whatever your food choice.
Green Tea En
Japanese style cafe, specialising in matcha green tea products. They serve three unique flavours of soft serve ice cream (matcha, black sesame and vanilla), various matcha drinks and sweets and traditional healthy Japanese lunches. 
Fruigii
This store opened before the famous Messina and they have lesser flavour compare to Messina. But I do like their durian ice cream (for durian lover). 
The Cheesecake Shop
Best and affordable cakes I have gotten from here. Not only they serve cheese flavour cake but also a wide variety of other flavours.
Molly
This is a mysterious bar where it is situated 2nd floor behind an alley. But the drinks are superb and wide variety. Hidden behind an unassuming door lies a cosy night spot that will take you back in time with expertly mixed drinks, live jazz and a cool, nostalgic vibe.
White Rabbit Cocktail Room
Interesting range of cocktail and other alcohols but averagely cost 20 AUD per drink.
BONE Restaurant
Get a taste of some asian fusion.
Food is always delicious and the service is excellent and fast. They are one of those stores that open til late night.
Which Chaco
They deliver Japanese-meets-Taiwanese eats - a must for those craving sashimi and ramen accompanied by a glass of local wine.

Queensland
Bird's Nest Restaurant
Authentic yakitori restaurant and little slice of Japan in West End. The first traditional binchoutan (white charcoal) restaurant in Australia, here you can select a skewer set or order as you need – chicken and vegetables sticks will arrive at your table as they are cooked. Pair with sake or Japanese beer and you’ve got the perfect Asian tapas. Highly recommended. 
The Pancake Manor
Housed in a 1904-built former church, Pancake Manor serves a delicious variety of sweet and savoury food from its American influenced menu – think fluffy pancakes, crepes and salads. When the 3am cravings hit, drop in for a pancake stack and do not skip out on the butterscotch sauce. 24/7 operating hours.
Brew Cafe & Wine Bar
Hidden down Burnett Lane, Brew is The City's jack-of-all-trades. Offering coffee and food by day (think Canadian hotcakes and a big breakfasts), it brews a different kind of vibe at night, transforming into a wine bar. This little laneway gem serves stubbies, tins and craft beer on tap.
Baba Ganouj
Combines fresh, modern Lebanese cuisine with traditional methods of cooking, dating back over five thousand years.
The Maillard Project
Offers expertly brewed coffee, a leisurely dine-in service, coffee roasting and barista training under one roof. If you want some take over pastry, you could also visit the Coffee Anthology. 
The Gresham Bar
It didn’t win Australian Bartender Bar of the Year two years in a row (2015 + 2016) and Gourmet Traveller’s Bar of the Year 2016 for nothing. Order something special and settle into a chesterfield sofa at Australia’s best bar.
Seascape Restaurant & Bar
A casual Bistro + Bar and a Rooftop Terrace, all overlooking spectacular ocean views with exceptional contemporary cuisine. The extensive menus have something for everyone, from fresh local seafood to meat and vegetarian dishes.

Leafy bakery & cafe offering house-baked pastries & bread.
Suitable for breakfast.
Gelatissimo
For a true Italian experience, Gelatissimo is hard to beat. The gelateria offers a divine selection of authentic gelato and sorbets in almost every imaginable flavour. 
Mövenpick
Brand of ice cream of Swiss origin produced by Froneri. The have a wide range and interesting flavour of ice cream and gelato. 

Tasmania
Preachers
The burger was outstanding (go for the sweet potato). They have a small but suitably eclectic tap selection with friendly bar staff and good atmosphere inside and out.
Sush Track
Great food, great service, great variety and warm welcoming staff.
Pigeon Hole Cafe
The coffee is excellent and the toasties are the next level of deliciousness. They are a great option for dine in or takeaway, but there is limited seating and it's obvious they are very popular and busy.
Salamanca Market
The street food here is superb and my favourite is the scallop pie which is affordable and tasty.
Honey Badger dessert Cafe
This is the place to get your sweet treat. Fantastic for the eyes and the tastebuds.
Van Diemens Land Creamery
Fantastic, fast service and wonderful product. Plenty of space to park and outside area to sit down and eat.
Drunken Admiral
Folksy wooden dining hall full of marine souvenirs, serving up chowder and hearty seafood dishes. The staffs were super friendly!
Urban Greek
Traditional, family recipes, using only the best in local and Greek produce, which aim to offer an authentic Cretan dining.
123Yo
Self serve frozen yoghurt place with a couple of vegan flavors and toppings.
Cafe Mondello
Chilled and cozy place to eat all day breakfast and drink flawless coffee.
Meresta Eatery
Wonderful spot in this beautiful isolated part of the east coast of Tasmania. It’s the only large eating place in the area and delivers a nice range of menu items including a great range of wood fired pizzas.
Big Pete's Eats
The only place open late in Coles bay for food and drinks. Doors open from 4pm offering delicious varieties of food, serving local wines and Coles bays only craft beer on tap from Malting Lagoon Brewery. 
The Fish Van
Delicious seafood and affordable price. The only downside is the chips.
On the Bay Restaurant
Amazing food, and lovely outlook for dinner. 
Panko Chan
Great food, friendly staff, and lovely cat-lover environment. Highly recommend sharing the food as they are quite big servings.
